How to crochet a Baby Blanket Primroses and Lace Bag O Day Crochet Tutorial #286

August 6, 2019

This adorable crochet baby blanket is made with 2 skeins (apprx 630yds) of Caron Simply Soft in the color Off White. The edging is made with Caron Simply Soft 1/2 skein (apprx 150yds) each of the Colors Watermelon and Soft Pink. You will need a I 5.5mm Crochet Hook. The main part of this crochet baby blanket is made with the Primrose stitch. You can change the size by chaining in multiples of 3+2. The edging is done in the beautiful Solomons Stitch otherwise known as the Lovers Knot. This baby blanket was made for my youngest daughter when she was first born. It is also the first crochet baby blanket that I posted to youtube. The crochet Primrose stitch is easy and the lacy edging made with the Solomons stitch is a show stopper.
